The Lasagna SE Foldable Portable Teleprompter with App from YC Onion offers an economic and lightweight option with accessory mounting options to utilize your phone or tablet as a teleprompter monitor and record content or livestream while maintaining eye contact with the lens of your DSLR or smartphone recording device. The Lasagna SE’s plexiglass beamsplitter can be folded flat for increased portability. Recording with a DSLR or smartphone can be done both horizontally or vertically and included lens adapters, and foam rings prevent excess light from interfering with the recording.
An included plastic sunshade can be adjusted to fit lenses up to 82mm in diameter thanks to its drawstring closure. Two cold shoe mounts on the top of the teleprompter allow you to mount a light or microphone to the setup to further heighten video quality. The Bluetooth remote control and iOS/Android compatible app control the speed of text, size, and other functions.
